The smell of a candy store is huge. Can you control your mind?

Yes, it is a universe of choices and everybody has their own preferences when you talk about your diet, your exercise, your vitamins. I have heard a lot of people telling me about their injuries, and sicknesses and all kind of maladies related to the desire to be lean, well fitted and energetic… I had been thinking what to tell you… after a little more than a year I have lost 50 pounds, I am not injured, I feel energetic and I love my formula… I designed it myself, this is not the first time of doing a special commitment to focus on my weight… I concider myself an active person… but sometimes sedentarism had been my state and I have gain pounds. There are older posts that talk about how I am doing it, and you have been inspired. Sometimes with not very good results… the things that I don’t do or do are: I do not change pavements while exercising… I do it every weekday and on weekends I do very moderate walks for a couple of hours… I control my calories everyday by eating the same that is already measured… I drink water, a lot… I do machines with the same weight that is a confortable one for me and I do not increase it… I swim, run, and do weights too… always the same amount with some variations… I ask the experts how to do it… I correct… I take lots of vitamins, and oil fish… I drink coconut water… Nothing else… Please take care of yourselves! It is amazing the fortitude, courage, and perseverance that you have shown…I feel obliged to tell you this because some of you have been telling me that I am an inspiration… I feel responsible for what you see and what I say… I know in the end it is you decision… and I remind myself that I need to look for better answers and improvements all the time but in a very control mode.
